<h3>Section 3: Accessory Residential Unit (ARU) - Primary Use Non-Residential</h3> <ul> <li>Unit Type: The following residential uses are permitted as unit types for an ARU associated with a primary nonresidential use:</li> <li>Detached single-family</li> <li>Apartment</li> <li>Mobile Home</li> <li>Dormitory</li> <li>Density/Intensity: An ARU accessory to a non-residential use shall not exceed 850 sf of gross floor area including basement floor area. The floor area of an ARU accessory to a nonresidential use shall be exempt from maximum floor area calculations.</li> </ul>
