<p><strong>Affordable Workforce Housing Unit</strong> Affordable workforce housing is workforce housing that costs 30% or less of the occupant household’s gross income. When used in reference to a requirement to provide affordable workforce housing, the standards for the units required to be provided are established by Div. 6.3. See also “affordable housing unit” and “workforce housing unit”, which are specific types of deed-restricted units.</p>
