<h3>Common Open Area</h3> <p>Common Open Area refers to land within or related to a development which is designed or intended for the common active or passive use and enjoyment of the residents of the development. It includes land which is not individually owned and is not dedicated for public use for streets and other similar common facilities, or land which is individually owned, provided it is located outside of an identified building envelope and has been located adjacent to and made a part of other common open areas, to the maximum extent possible, to form a continuous area of open space. </p>
