<h3>Development Option</h3> <p>A development option is any division of a lot of record into 2 or more lots of record; adjustment of the boundaries of lots of record; entitlement of uses or densities not allowed through approval of only a physical development permit and/or use permit; and any other approval that changes the allowed physical development or use of a site.</p>
