<h3>Kitchen Definition</h3> <p>A kitchen is defined as a room or portion of a room devoted to the preparation or cooking of food for a person or a family living independently of any other family. It contains a sink and a stove or oven powered by either natural gas, propane or 220-V electric hookup. A wet bar, consisting of no more than a refrigerator, sink, and microwave, or similar facility that is a homeowner convenience and is not intended to function as the cooking facility for a separate dwelling unit shall not be considered a kitchen facility.</p>
