<h3>Required Physical Development Permits - Nonresidential Floor Area</h3> <ul> <li>For nonresidential floor area less than 3,450 sf, the following permits are required:</li> <li>Building Permit (Sec. 8.3.3.)</li> <li> <p>Grading Permit (Sec. 8.3.4.)
