<h3>9.4.6.C. Maximum Floor Area Calculation</h3> <p>The maximum floor area allowed on a site is the maximum gross floor area not including basement floor area. The site area used to calculate maximum floor area is the Gross Site Area in Character Zones and the Base Site Area in Legacy Zones. Unless otherwise defined, the maximum allowed floor area above grade is calculated by multiplying the allowed floor area ratio (FAR) by the applicable site area. Inversely, FAR is calculated by dividing the gross floor area above grade by the applicable site area.</p>
