<h3>Existing Landing Strips</h3> <p>The existing Fall Creek Ranch and Melody Ranch landing strips are considered conforming without a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). A CUP will only be required if there is a 20% expansion of the use that existed on January 1, 2015.</p>
