Restaurant/Bar</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Definition</strong>: A restaurant or bar is an establishment that serves food and/or beverages for seated consumption onsite.</li> <li>Includes: Micro-brewery, micro-distillery or micro-winery.</li> <li>Standards: Breweries, distilleries and wineries are generally considered light industrial uses. Mini-Storage Warehouses</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Definition</strong>: Mini-warehouse means a building or group of buildings in a compound that contains varying sizes of individual, compartmentalized, and controlled access stalls or lockers for the dead storage of a customer’s goods or wares.</li> <li>Standards: No sales, service, repair, or other activities shall be conducted from a storage area; storage of junk, explosives, flammable materials, or other noxious or dangerous materials is prohibited; maximum leasable space per stall shall be 1,000 square feet; pick-up or delivery by semi-tractor trailers shall be prohibited; outdoor storage shall be screened.</li> </ul> <h3>H.
