<h3>9.4.9.A. Height of Any Point</h3> <p>The height of any point on a building or structure is determined by measuring the vertical distance from that point to the nearest point of finished grade. If a point is equidistant to finished grade on two sides of the house, the height of such a point will be determined by the lower finished grade.</p>
