<h3>9.4.9.B. Overall Height of a Stepped Structure</h3> <p>On a sloped site where the height of the structure is stepped up the slope, the vertical dimension measured from the overall highest point of the building or structure to the overall lowest point of finished grade adjacent to the structure should not exceed 125% of the maximum allowable height. This measurement is in addition to the height at any point as described in 9.4.9.A.</p>
