<h3>9.4.9.C. Exceptions to Maximum Allowable Height</h3> <p>No part of any building or structure may exceed the maximum allowable height except for the following: - Chimneys, vents, and roof-top mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, provided that the maximum height is not exceeded by more than 4 feet. - Antenna used for the reception of television broadcast signals.</p>
